Most people want to try and take care of their bodies, but often it can be time-consuming and require energy that we simply do not have. Eat your fruit and vegetables

An apple a day keeps the doctor away! It would be best if you always aimed to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day, and while this sounds like a lot of work at first, you can easily incorporate fruit and vegetables into your everyday life. If you take a sandwich to work for lunch, add in some lettuce and tomatoes! If you make toast for breakfast each morning, chop up a banana and make yourself some banana toast. Eating enough fruit and vegetables daily is essential for a healthy body. If you struggle to get your children to eat their fruit and vegetables, you can try and sneak it into their meals. Leaving our homes at least once a day can have great benefits for both our body and mind. Going outside can restore your level of mental energy and clear your mind. Therefore, you should take some time out for yourself every night to take a bath or a shower and give yourself a nice relaxing wash. A bath can be particularly relaxing for you and your mind, and you could even put on a meditation video to help you unwind during your bath so that it becomes a treat rather than a chore on your list of things to do. It might seem like a lot of work before you go for a bath or a shower, but you will be so glad that you did afterward.
