Last week was lovely but such a busy week preparing for our sons birthday party.
Today is our son’s 2nd Birthday so we arranged to go out as a family on a day trip to celebrate it. We are going to the sea life centre in Birmingham, then for lunch just the 3 of us which will be lovely.
On Saturday we have my mum’s 65th birthday so another busy packed day.
Lunch out, then party style buffet tea with BBQ with family
Tuna pasta bake with garlic bread
Garlic and lemon salmon with salad
Pan fried pork, homemade wedges and apple/onion salsa
Shepherds pie
Surprise gathering at my parents house with nibbles
Roast dinner with all the trimmings
