Well that’s it, we are on the last week of January, How is this possible?
This week is going to be a crazy one for us as we are having our bathroom completed ripped out and refurbished and rearranged as we don’t like the lay out, you can read about it here and then I will try and post during and once it is completed.
I feel this week I will most defiantely need meals that are quick and easy to prepare or ones I can use out the freezer.

Chicken enchilades
Sauage casserole
Lemon & garlic salmon with vegetables
Cheese burger lettuce wraps
Lemon butter Chicken with mash potato
Tuna pasta bake
Full Roast Dinner with all the trimmings
